人工智能影像组学在肺癌诊疗应用的可视化分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析人工智能影像组学在肺癌诊疗应用研究的发展现状,预测未来研究趋势。方法通过CiteSpace软件对该领域文章的年度分布、期刊、国家、机构、作者、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果共纳入1937篇相关文献,反映自2012年以来,发文量逐年增加;现阶段“特征筛选”、“定量成像”、“计算机辅助诊断”、“深度学习”、“机器学习”等词为该领域的热点关键词;“个体化治疗”、“肿瘤成像”、“自然语言处理”是未来的研究趋势。结论人工智能影像组学在肺癌诊疗应用研究发展前景可观,未来通过自然语言处理等人工智能影像组学技术将肿瘤成像等资料进行全面分析,进而为肺癌患者提供更加精准的个体化医学治疗方案或许是该领域的研究热点及前沿。 Objective To analyze the literature distribution and development status of artificial intelligence radiomics application in lung cancer diagnosis and treatment included in the Web of Science core database from 2012-2021,and to predict future research trends.Methods The numbers of articles issued,research institutions,keywords and citations of the literatures were visualized and analyzed by CiteSpace,and the keywords frequency,centrality,and clustering were discussed.Results A total of 1937 relevant papers were included,more and more countries or research institutions had gradually increased their research in this field.At present,“deep learning”,“machine learning”,“texture analysis”,“convolutional neural network”and“pulmonary nodule”were the hot keywords in this field;“personalized medicine”,“cancer imaging”and“natural language processing”were going to be the future research trends.Conclusion The research of artificial intelligence radiomics application in lung cancer diagnosis and treatment is promising.Through artificial intelligence radiomics technology such as natural language processing,cancer imaging and other clinical data can be comprehensively analyzed to provide more accurate individualized medical treatment plans for lung cancer patients,which may be hot and cutting-edge research trends in this field.
