半封螺杆变频盐水机组节能分析及验证

摘要 根据江森自控变频盐水机组的设计及应用特点,分析其部分负荷性能的影响因素。变转速控制压缩机实现部分负荷下仍具有高的绝热效率,经济器也可以始终保持运行,从而克服滑阀调节机组存在的缺点,保证机组在部分负荷下高效率运行。经过实际测试验证,变转速控制的部分负荷性能优势明显。另外,测试过程中,发现污垢系数对机组性能影响显著,在设计过程中需要特别考虑。 According to the design and application features of Johnson Control VSD brine unit,the influencing factors of partial load performance was analyzed.The variable speed control compressor can keep the high adiabatic efficiency in partial load with the economizer operation,so VSD unit can overcome the shortcomings of the slide valve regulating unit and ensure the high efficiency of the unit in partial load.The actual test proved that the variable speed control has the obvious advantages in partial load performance.In addition,per the testing report,it is found that the foul factor has a significant impact on the performance of brine chiller,which need special consideration in the design stage.
