压缩机注油量对转子压缩机运行性能的影响

摘要 压缩机注入适当的冷冻油可以有效防止压缩机润滑不足带来的功率升高、降低排气温度。研究分析了转子压缩机注油量对制冷量为3.5 kW家用热泵空调系统的性能影响,并应用视液镜,分析研究各工况下对压缩机可靠性影响。最终得出注油量为280 mL时系统年综合能效APF最佳,较240 mL和360 mL时分别提升了约0.83%和0.36%;此外分析了注油量对七种运行工况能效影响,其中低温制热工况压缩机最易发生缺油现象。 Injecting proper refrigerant oil into the compressor can effectively prevent the power increase and reduce the exhaust temperature caused by insufficient lubrication of the compressor,and future improve the performance of the air conditioning system.The influence of oil injection of rotor compressor on the performance of household heat pump air conditioning system with cooling capacity of 3.5 kW was analyzed.,and the influence on the reliability of compressor under different working conditions was analyzed by using the liquid mirror.The results show that the APF of annual comprehensive energy efficiency of the system is the best when the injection volume is 280 mL,which is about 0.83%and 0.36%higher than that when the injection volume is 240 and 360 respectively.Secondly,the influence of oil injection amount on energy efficiency of seven operating conditions is analyzed,among which the low temperature heating condition is the most prone to oil shortage.
