摘要
由于大部分水平送风空气幕轴向进风、径向出风,空气幕存在空气分布不均匀、水平送风距离短等缺点。提出研究空气幕结构优化以达到提高空气幕射流水平送风距离的目的。本研究以小体积水平送风空气幕为研究对象,通过实验验证及数值模拟,研究了空气幕风管横截面积、送风槽长度对射流均匀性及扩散性的影响。研究表明,当矩形风管截面积大于24000 mm^(2)(200 mm×120 mm)时,空气幕装置能够形成较为均匀的风幕。送风槽延伸长度为60 mm时能够使空气幕装置形成较为集中且不易分散的风幕,送风槽延伸长度过大会增大气流的沿程阻力,降低风幕有效性。
Because most of the horizontal air supply curtain has the disadvantages of axial air intake and radial air outlet,the air distribution is uneven and the horizontal air supply distance is short.It is proposed to study the optimization of air curtain structure in order to improve the horizontal air supply distance of air curtain jet.In this study,the effects of the cross-sectional area of the air duct and the length of the air supply channel on the uniformity and diffusion of the jet were studied through experimental verification and numerical simulation.The research shows that when the cross-sectional area of the rectangular air duct is greater than 24000 mm2(200 mm×120 mm),the air curtain device can form a relatively uniform air curtain.When the extension length of the air supply trough is 60mm,the air curtain device can form a more concentrated and not easily dispersed air curtain.If the extension length of the air supply trough is too long,the air flow resistance will be increased and the effectiveness of the air curtain will be reduced.
