多区互联电力系统的协调风险调度方法

摘要 在多区互联电力系统中,区域之间的负荷和电力资源分配不平衡可能会导致电网运行不稳定。为解决此问题,本文提出了一种协调风险调度方法。该方法需先确定电力系统的协调风险指标,再使用基于概率模型的最优负荷分配算法和基于模糊数学的风险评估模型,通过分配最优负荷、优化上下级电力调度,实现电力系统的协调和稳定运行。本文采用某电网的一组数据进行实验验证,结果表明,该方法可有效降低系统的风险生成概率,为多区互联电力系统的协调风险调度提供便利,保证电力系统的安全性和可靠性。 In multi-area interconnected power system,the unbalanced distribution of load and power resources among regions may lead to the instability of power grid operation.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a coordinated risk scheduling method.Firstly,the coordination risk Index of power system is determined,and the optimal load distribution algorithm based on probability model and the risk assessment model based on fuzzy mathematics are used,the coordination and stability of power system can be realized by distributing the optimal load and optimizing the upper and lower power dispatching.The experimental results show that the method can effectively reduce the probability of system risk generation and provide convenience for coordinated risk dispatching of multi-area interconnected power systems,ensuring the safety and reliability of power system.
