热控系统故障的统计分析及对策

摘要 本文通过分析某热电公司2×350 MW超临界供热机组热控专业或专业相关最近两次的非计划停运故障,统计热控专业2018年—2022年共38次热控异常故障,指出异常发生原因,同时从维护管理角度提出了加强可靠性管理、设备检查维护、DCS系统管理,改善设备运行环境等建议措施,有效控制了非计划停运及异常,提高了机组运行的安全性以及热控系统设备的可靠性水平。 This paper analyzes a thermal power company′s last two unplanned shutdowns related to the thermal control profession or profession of 2×350 MW supercritical heating units have been reported.A total of 38 abnormal thermal control malfunctions in the thermal control profession from 2018 to 2022 have been recorded,and the reasons for the anomalies have been identified.At the same time,from the perspective of maintenance management,suggestions have been put forward to strengthen reliability management,equipment inspection and maintenance,DCS system management,and improve equipment operating environment.Unplanned outage and anomalies have been effectively controlled,improved the safety of unit operation and the reliability level of thermal control system equipment has been improred.
