巨型水电站调速系统的快速调试技术

摘要 巨型水电站调速系统调试是机组启动前的关键节点,是整个水轮发电机组现场安装计划的直线工期。调速系统的调试质量直接影响机组首次启动、过速、涉网试验及试运行等后续工作的开展。为保障调速系统能够迅速、高效地投入正常使用,本文在保证质量的前提下,总结了快速调试技术,以期为后续类似工程提供参考和启发。 The debugging of the speed control system of a giant hydropower station is a key node before the unit starts,and it is a straight line construction period for the on-site installation plan of the entire hydroelectric generator unit.The debugging quality of the speed control system directly affects the subsequent work of the unit,such as the first startup,overspeed,grid related testing,and trial operation.To ensure that the speed control system can be quickly and efficiently put into normal use,this paper summarizes the rapid debugging technology through on-site debugging participation and practice,while ensuring quality,in order to provide reference and inspiration for similar projects in the future.
