摘要 天津钢管720机组工业步进加热炉自投产以来,其多项功能未实现自动化控制。根据现场操作人员对设备功能的实际需求和设备稳定运行的需要,本文对加热炉进行了新功能深度开发和炉体检修,增加了上料自动测长功能、自动入炉精确定位功能、自动料位精确跟踪和料位精确位移功能,提高了工作效率和设备的稳定性,为本厂智能制造打下了良好基础。 Since its production,the industrial walking beam heating furnace of Tianjin Steel Pipe 720 unit has not achieved automation control in multiple functions.Based on the actual needs of on-site operators for equipment functions and stable operation of the equipment,the factory has conducted in-depth development and furnace maintenance of new functions for the heating furnace.Have added functions such as automatic length measurement for feeding,precise positioning for automatic feeding,precise tracking of material levels,and precise displacement of material levels,which have improved work efficiency and equipment stability,laying a good foundation for our factory′s intelligent manufacturing.
