摘要
运行经验表明,一回路冷却剂过滤器经常出现非计划性的性能下降,导致化学与容积控制系统(RCV)及机组正常运行受到影响。本文通过分析多个核电厂过滤器运行数据,提出一回路冷却剂过滤器更换智能监测方法,通过该方法可进一步建立智能诊断系统,提前预警或干预可能的失效,提升机组的智能化水平,保障核电厂运行经济性。
Operation experience shows that the primary coolant filter often has unplanned performance degradation,affecting the normal operation of the chemical and volume control system(RCV),and affecting the operation of the unit.This paper studies the failure experience curve by analyzing the operation data of existing nuclear power plants,and proposes an intelligent monitoring method for the replacement of primary coolant filter.Through this method,an intelligent diagnosis system can be further established to warn or intervene in advance,improve the intelligent level of the unit,and ensure the operation economy of the nuclear power plant.
