摘要
水轮机是水力发电的重要设备,使用时会因泥沙或其他因素影响导致设备出现磨蚀,进而对设备使用性能造成不良干扰,需要进行预防处理。本文通过介绍上马相迪A电站工程的基本情况,分析水轮机设备结构,并通过研究水轮机磨蚀情况,提出相应的预防处理方案,旨在提高水力发电厂水轮机运行水平,推动我国水力发电稳定性发展。
Hydraulic turbines are important equipment for hydroelectric power generation,during use,they may be affected by sediment or other factors,which can cause wear and tear on the equipment and cause adverse interference with its performance,therefore,preventive measures are needed.This paper will introduce the basic situation of the Shangma Xiangdi A Power Station project,analyze the structure of hydraulic turbine equipment,and propose corresponding prevention and treatment plans through research on hydraulic turbine wear and tear.The aim is to improve the operational level of hydraulic turbines in hydropower plants and promote the stable development of hydropower in China.
