本文旨在探讨地铁车站多机协同施工的优势和挑战,首先,介绍了地铁车站施工的复杂性,包括场地狭小、施工环境复杂;其次,分析了多机协同施工的概念、特点和优势,如多机械协同作业提高整体施工效率、通过合理的组织和指挥降低多机械交叉作业风险等;然后,详细介绍了多机协同施工的关键技术,包括施工现场人车分流、视频监控与门禁联动预警、驻车辅助系统与爆闪灯联动预警等;最后,探讨了多机协同施工面临的挑战,包括机械群立体交叉干扰、协同作业管理。
This paper aims to discuss the advantages and challenges of multi-machine cooperative construction in subway stations.Firstly,this paper introduces the complexity of subway station construction,including the narrow site,complex construction environment and other factors.Secondly,it analyzes the concept,characteristics and advantages of multi-machine cooperative construction,such as multi-machine cooperative operation to improve the overall construction efficiency,reduce the risk of multi-machine cross operation through reasonable organization and command.In addition,the key technologies of multi-machine cooperative construction are introduced in detail,including the separation of people and vehicles in the construction site,video monitoring and access control linkage warning,parking auxiliary system and explosion and flashing lights linkage warning and other technologies.Finally,the challenges faced by multi-machine cooperative construction are discussed,including three-dimensional cross interference of mechanical groups and cooperative operation management.
