为提高城市轨道交通全自动运行工程项目的建设效率和质量,促进全自动运行各核心系统专业场景功能设计、场景功能联调高效协同,本文结合已开通线路全自动运行系统一致性协调项目管理经验,分析一致性协调方在全自动运行工程项目建设中各阶段关键工作内容,提出适合于全自动运行系统一致性协调方项目管理的模型。

In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the construction of fully automatic operation engineering projects in urban rail transit,promote the efficient collaboration of professional scene function design and scene function joint debugging of various core systems of fully automatic operation,and combine the experience of consistency coordination project management in fully automatic operation systems of opened lines,analyze the key work content of consistency coordination party in each stage of fully automatic operation engineering project construction,propose a model suitable for project management of fully automated operation system consistency coordination party.
