摘要
本文依托白关220 kV智慧能源站项目,从总平面布置方案、竖向布置方案、总图交通方案等方面进行了设计,提出了一套典型的多站融合智慧能源站总平面布置方案。该方案最大限度地减少了对周边环境的破坏,契合周边的规划要求,充分利用变电站站址资源进行了集约化建设,节约了用地面积,节省了建设投资,体现了“两型三新一化”的设计理念,为国网湖南省电力公司在多站融合智慧能源站的试点建设中提供了技术支撑和指导。
Based on the Baiguan 220 kV smart energy stati on project,this paper has designed a typical multi-station integrated smart energy station general layout plane from the aspects of general layout plan,vertical layout plan,and general traffic plan.This plan minimizes the damage to the surrounding environment to the maximum extent,conforms to the planning requirements of the surrounding area,fully utilizes the resources of the substation site for intensive construction,saves land area,saves construction investment,reflects the design concept of“two types,three new ones,and one industrialization”,and provides technical support and guidance for the pilot construction of multi station integrated smart energy stations by State Grid Hunan Electric Power Company.
