Problems and Solutions Path of Format of Dissertation for Graduates in Colleges and Universities

高等教育中衡量大学生综合素质的重要标准之一便是学位论文和各类竞赛论文的质量。无论是本科教育还是研究生教育等,教育部一再强调有必要加强论文的实际部分,但论文排版仍是学生论文的一大难题。就高校毕业论文排版现状进行研究分析,发现大学生毕业论文排版存在的问题:目录、页眉页脚、奇偶页、图表题注与参考文献的设置不够规范。主要原因有:各高校论文排版格式要求复杂多样且存在模糊不定的地方;学生的信息素养水平有限,计算机应用能力较弱;高校缺乏相应的论文写作课程与训练;教师对论文把关不够严格。分别从高校严格审查论文规范修订、提高学生个人信息素养、指导教师严格把关、开展写作课程建设、智能排版系统开发五个方面提出相应的应对策略,解决论文排版中存在的问题。

One of the important ways to measure the comprehensive quality of universities in higher edu cation is to standardize the quality of disserta tions and various competition papers.The Ministry of Education has repeatedly emphasized the need to strengthen the practical part of the thesis in under-graduate education,postgraduate education,but the thesis layout is still a major problem for students’thesis.This paper researches and analyzes the cu-rrent situation of college graduation thesis type-setting,and finds the problems existing in the type-setting of college graduation thesis:the setting of table of contents,headers and footers,parity pages,chart captions and references is not standardized enough.The main reasons are as follows:the require-ments for the typesetting of papers in colleges and universities are complex and varied,and there are uncertainties;the students’information literacy level is limited and the computer application ability is weak;the university lacks the corresponding thesis writing curriculum and the training;teachers are not strict enough to check the papers.Finally,this paper proposes corresponding coping strategies to improve the problems in thesis typesetting from five levels of strict review of thesis specification revision in colleges and universities,improvement of students’personal information literacy,strict control by instructors,development of writing curriculum construction,and development of intelligent typesetting system.
