结直肠癌是消化道的常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来随着肿瘤干细胞学说的发展,人们发现结直肠癌组织中存在肿瘤干细胞,与结直肠癌的发生、发展、转移、复发密切相关,也为结直肠癌机制研究及诊断、治疗提供了新思路。该研究简述结直肠肿瘤干细胞的特性,与结直肠癌发生、发展的关系以及临床治疗的前景,为结直肠肿瘤干细胞的研究及临床治疗提供参考。

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract.In recent years,with the development of cancer stem cell theory,it has been found that cancer stem cells exist in colorectal cancer tissues,which are closely related to the occurrence,development,metastasis,and recurrence of colorectal cancer.This finding provides new ideas for investigating the underlying mechanisms,diagnosis,and treatment of colorectal cancer.The current review outlines the characteristics of colorectal cancer stem cells,their relationship with the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer,and their application prospects for clinical treatment,providing a reference for research and clinical treatment of colorectal cancer stem cells.
