药物涂层球囊介入治疗冠状动脉小血管狭窄伴轻度钙化患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Drug-coated Balloon Intervention in the Treatment of Patients with Small Coronary Artery Stenosis with Mild Calcification

目的:分析药物涂层球囊治疗冠状动脉小血管狭窄伴轻度钙化病变的疗效。方法:选择2020年6月—2022年2月我院收治的80例冠状动脉小血管狭窄伴轻度钙化患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予以药物洗脱支架治疗,观察组予以药物涂层球囊治疗,比较两组不良心血管发生率、临床指标[小血管最小管腔直径(MLD)和晚期管腔丢失(LLL)]、造影结果(最窄直径、直径狭窄率)。结果:两组不良心血管发生率、LLL和MLD比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后最窄直径、直径狭窄率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗冠状动脉小血管狭窄伴随轻度钙化患者中,药物涂层球囊可取得与药物洗脱支架相似的近远期效果,均可降低心血管相关不良事件发生率,改善LLL及MLD,但药物涂层球囊在影像学结果中更具优势。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of drug-coated balloon in the treatment of coronary small vessel stenosis with mild calcification.Methods:A total of 80 patients with coronary small vessel stenosis and mild calcification admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with drug-eluting stent,and the observation group was treated with drug-coated balloon.The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,clinical indicators[small vessel minimum lumen diameter(MLD)and late lumen loss(LLL)],angiography results(narrowest diameter,diameter stenosis rate)were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,LLL and MLD between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the narrowest diameter and diameter stenosis rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with coronary artery stenosis and mild calcification,drug-coated balloon can achieve similar short-term and long-term effects as drug-eluting stent,which can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular related adverse events and improve LLL and MLD.While,the drug-coated balloon is more effective in the treatment of coronary small vessel stenosis with mild calcification.
