奥美拉唑辅助雷尼替丁治疗糜烂性胃炎的效果

Effect of Omeprazole Assisted Ranitidine in the Treatment of Erosive Gastritis

目的:分析奥美拉唑与雷尼替丁联合治疗糜烂性胃炎患者的疗效及对胃动力的影响。方法:选取我院于2020年1月—2022年12月收治的60例糜烂性胃炎患者为研究对象,并以随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组,每组30例。常规组给予雷尼替丁治疗,观察组给予雷尼替丁联合奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组临床疗效、胃动力情况、炎症指标、胃功能指标、胃黏膜状态分级评分及用药不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后5h胃排空率、胃电图正常率均高于常规组,各项炎症指标、胃功能指标及胃黏膜状态分级评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑与雷尼替丁联合治疗糜烂性胃炎患者能有效降低炎症反应,促进胃功能恢复及胃黏膜修复,提高胃动力,且不增加药副反应,可达到安全高效的理想治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of omeprazole combined with ranitidine in the treatment of patients with erosive gastritis and its effect on gastric motility.Methods:Sixty patients with erosive gastritis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into routine group and observation group by random number method,with 30 patients in each group.The routine group was treated with ranitidine,and the observation group was treated with ranitidine combined with omeprazole.The clinical efficacy,gastric motility,inflammation index,gastric function index,gastric mucosal state grading score and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastric emptying rate and normal rate of electrogastrogram at 5 h after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the inflammatory indexes,gastric function indexes and gastric mucosal state grading scores were lower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of omeprazole and ranitidine in the treatment of erosive gastritis can effectively reduce the inflammatory response,promote the recovery of gastric function and repair of gastric mucosa,improve the gastric modynamics,and do not increase the side effects of drugs,so as to achieve a safe and efficient ideal therapeutic effect.
