Exploration of Talent Training Path in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略背景下,高职院校涉农人才培养的意愿有待提高,人才培养模式有待改善,“双师”力量有待加强。乡村振兴战略的实施需要高职院校提供智力支持,服务乡村振兴战略是高职院校的时代使命,也是高职院校的发展机遇。转变人才培养理念、调整专业和课程设置、加强师资队伍建设、加强乡村实践教学,高职院校培养的人才才可以更好服务乡村振兴战略。

Under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,the willingness of vocational colleges to train agricultural professionals needs to be improved,the talent training mode needs to be improved,and the strength of"Double-certificated teachers"needs to be strengthened.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy needs the intellectual support of higher vocational colleges.Serving the rural revitalization strategy is the era mission of higher vocational colleges and also the development opportunity of higher vocational colleges.By changing the concept of talent training,adjusting the specialty and curriculum,strengthening the construction of teachers,and strengthening rural practical teaching,the talents trained by higher vocational colleges can better serve the strategy of rural revitalization.
