铁道工电供专业群“岗课赛证”融合育人模式研究

Research on the Integrated Education Model of"Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates"for the Railway Industry and Electricity Supply Professional Group

为适应高铁生产组织模式和用工模式的改变,培养掌握智慧牵引供电、无线列车控制、高速铁路线路检测监测诊断等新技术,具备智能化检测、一体化养护、专业化维修能力的高素质技术技能人才,从以岗定课、课证融合、以赛促教、多维评价四个方面介绍了铁道工电供专业群“岗课赛证”融合育人模式。该模式有效提升了职业教育人才培养的适切性,顺应了产业结构转型升级对高素质技术技能人才的现实需要。

In order to adapt to the changes in production organization and employment patterns of high-speed railway,and to cultivate high-quality technical personnel who have mastered new technologies such as intelligent traction power supply,wireless train control,high-speed railway line detection,monitoring and diagnosis,and possess the ability of"intelligent detection,integrated maintenance,and professional maintenance",this paper takes the professional group of railway engineering and power supply as an example,and introduces the integrated education model of"posts,courses,competitions and certificates"in vocational colleges from four aspects:job-based curriculum,integrating courses and certificates,promoting education through competition,and multi-dimensional evaluation.This integrated education model enhances the suitability and comprehensiveness of vocational education talent cultivation,and conforms to the practical needs of industrial structure transformation and upgrading for skilled talents.
