基于PLC的气体灭火系统优化设计

摘要 为了避免气体灭火系统在检修中误喷需拆卸驱动瓶电磁阀连接线固定螺栓,螺栓数量多且不易拆除,占据大量检修时间并降低工作安全性。设计一种PLC电气控制系统,在气体灭火系统的检修过程中快速断开驱动瓶电磁阀连接线,为检修工作创造安全条件,提高工作效率。 During the maintenance process of the gas extinguishing system,it is necessary to disassemble the fixing bolts of the driven cylinder solenoid valve connecting wire of the gas fire extinguishing system for maintenance to avoid accidental spraying of gas in the gas fire extinguishing system.Due to the large number of fixed bolts on the connecting line of the gas driven cylinder solenoid valve and the difficulty in dismantling,Therefore,Demolition takes up a lot of time and reduces the work concentration and job security of maintenance personnel.This paper designs a PLC electrical control system,this system can quickly disconnect the connection wire of the drive cylinder solenoid valve during the maintenance process of the gas fire extinguishing system,creating safe conditions for maintenance work,and improving the efficiency and safety of maintenance work.
