摘要
针对轨道工程类专业人才培养与产业链人才需求对接程度较低,以及毕业生对铁路病害检测、分析、处置等环节的新技术、新工艺掌握不足的问题,研究对接轨道养护维修领域产业链和科技链的人才培养新模式。采用“校企科”三方合作,深化产教融合,通过实验班教学实践验证该人才培养模式的合理性,为轨道交通工程类专业教育教学改革提供参考。
Aiming at the low degree of docking between the talent training objectives of the railway engineering major and the talent demand of the industrial chain,as well as the problem that the graduates have less understanding of the new technology and new process of railway disease detection,analysis and disposal,we adopt the tripartite cooperation among the school,enterprise and scientific institution to form a set of talent cultivation mode docking with the technological and industrial chain in the field of railway maintenance and repair.The reasonableness of the talent cultivation mode is verified through the teaching practice of the experimental class,which provides reference for the cultivation of railway transportation engineering talents.
