The Development Process and Practical Meaning of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Discourse on the High-quality Development of Chinese Economy

党的十九大以来,习近平总书记就中国经济高质量发展发表了一系列重要论述,其发展历程可以分为四个阶段:关于中国经济转入高质量发展阶段重大判断的提出及实践要求的阐释;以新发展理念为引领对高质量发展实践的指导及思想的丰富;立足构建新发展格局对“十四五”时期高质量发展路径的探索及思想的拓展;领导全党奋力开拓以高质量发展为主题的中国式现代化新道路。习近平总书记关于中国经济高质量发展重要论述对于深入贯彻落实党的二十大精神,扎实推进中国式现代化,有着重要的指导意义。

Since the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has issued a series of important discourse on the high-quality development of Chinese economy,which can be divided into four phases:first,bringing forward the important judgment that Chinese economy has entered a stage of high-quality development and interpreting the practical requirements of the new stage;second,establishing the new development philosophy for guiding the practice of high-quality development and enriching the thought;third,exploring in the approach to high-quality development for the“Fourteenth Five-year”period based on the new development paradigm and expanding the thought;and fourth,leading the whole Party to blaze a trail for Chinese modernization with high-quality development as the topic theme.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on the high-quality development of Chinese economy has an important guiding meaning for deeply carrying through the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Party and concretely promoting Chinese modernization.
