摘要
目前以文档为载体、以实物试验为主要验证手段的卫星电源系统研制方法,存在信息一致性难以保证、技术状态控制难度大、实物验证暴露问题晚等诸多问题。特别是随着卫星研制任务需求的不断提高,电源系统的设计也变得越来越复杂,在设计过程中会花费很多精力进行方案的反复迭代和变更。而捕获的设计信息在多次的文字传递过程中容易造成遗漏和不一致的情况。如何规范电源系统设计过程,降低电源系统方案设计和验证工作中的风险成为亟需解决的问题。而将电源系统设计模型化是解决这些问题的有效方案。利用MagicDraw工具,对卫星电源系统的功能特性和系统内部单机逻辑关系进行了建模设计,并且通过建立追溯验证以及能量平衡分析实现设计闭环,探讨了电源系统模型化设计的方法在某型号遥感卫星研制过程中的具体实践,系统验证了该方法的实用性和有效性,探索了一条基于模型的电源系统功能特征和逻辑设计的新路径。
The research method of satellite power system based on document carrier and physical experiment has a series of deficiencies,for instance,risk of inconsistent information,difficulty control technical states,slowly exposed problem and so on.Facing increasingly complex satellite missions and expanding system scale,information captured by designers during iterations is repeated across documents.In this case,it is difficult to trace the traceability and evaluate the effect of the change which makes us to look for ways to standardize the design process and reduce the risk in the process of scheme design and verification for power supply subsystem(PSS).An effective way to solve these problems is to model this power system design.MagicDraw tool is used to model and design the functional characteristics of the satellite power system and the internal logical relationship of the system.It also achieved the closed loop by combing retrospective verification and energy balance analysis design.Finally,based on the specific practice in the development of a remote sensing satellite,the effectiveness and the practicality of the model design are verified,which opened up a new path to model-based power system functionality and logic.
