企业突发环境事件隐患排查和治理工作探讨

Discussion on the investigation and management of hidden dangers of environmental emergencies in enterprises

为降低突发环境事件的概率,保障环境和社会公共安全,现实中需借助直接、有效的措施,帮助企业排除隐患,对风险源进行整治,提高企业对突发事件的应急能力。实践表明,高水平的突发环境事件应急管理能力,可将一些事故性污染合理控制,降低事故影响范围和程度,助力企业可持续发展。基于此,本文以江苏某地区为例,对突发环境事件隐患排查和治理工作进行总结,分析可行的环境风险管理措施,助力企业妥善解决突发环境事件,为企业环境应急管理提供有益的参考。

In order to reduce the probability of environmental emergencies and ensure environmental and social public safety,direct and effective measures are needed to help enterprises eliminate hidden dangers,rectify the risk sources,and improve the ability of enterprises to respond to emergencies.Practice shows that the that high-level emergency management ability of environmental emergencies can reasonably control some accident pollution,reduce the scope and degree of accidents,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on this,this paper takes a certain area of Jiangsu province as an example to summarize the investigation and governance of environmental emergencies,analyze the feasible environmental risk management measures,help enterprises properly handle environmental emergencies,and provide useful reference for enterprise environmental emergency management.
