Current Status and Perspectives on the Treatment of Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma

腺样囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinoma,ACC)是一种主要来源于头颈部唾液腺的罕见恶性肿瘤,但由于我国人口基数大,该疾病的患者人群仍较大。然而,该疾病尚缺乏标准有效的治疗方案。本文将回顾相关文献,概括ACC的病理学、临床、遗传学特点、诊断、治疗、预后等,并总结ACC相关临床研究,梳理ACC的治疗现状和研究方向,重点关注靶向及免疫治疗的探索,以期获得更好的临床疗效,提高患者生存率。

Adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC)is a rare malignant tumor mainly originating from the salivary glands of the head and neck.In the large population in our country,there are still many people with this disease,but there is a lack of standard and effective treatment.Based on relevant literature,this paper summarizes the pathological,clinical and genetic characteristics,and diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of ACC.The current treatment and research direction of ACC were reviewed,and the priority was given to the exploration of targeted therapy and immunotherapy,so as to obtain better clinical efficacy and improve the survival of patients.
