居民中医健康管理服务参与意愿和付费意愿的一致性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析居民中医健康管理服务参与意愿和付费意愿的一致性,为中医健康服务业优化发展提供依据。方法:采用Logit回归模型探究居民中医健康管理服务参与意愿和付费意愿的影响因素并分析其意愿的一致性。结果:537例样本中,494人愿意参与中医健康管理服务,其中458人表示愿意为中医健康管理服务付费,付费意愿的平均期望值为1909.62元/年。居民中医健康管理服务的参与意愿和付费意愿存在人群和地区异质性,老年群体、农村群体的参与和付费意愿并不一致。结论:提升居民对中医健康管理理念、作用的理解程度,提高服务的可及性和可负担性,增强居民对服务的满意度,是提高居民中医健康管理服务参与和付费意愿一致性的重要路径。 Objective To analyze the consistency of residents'participation and willingness to pay for TCM health management services,and provide a basis for developing TCM health services.Methods Logit regression model was constructed to explore the factors to influence the residents'willingness to participate in and pay for TCM health management services and analyze the consis-tency of residents'willingness.Results Of the 537 cases,494 were willing to participate in TCM health management services,of which 458 expressed their willingness to pay for the services.The average expectation value of willingness to pay was 1909.62 RMB per year.The willingness to participate in and pay for TCM health management services varied across populations and region-al populations,with inconsistent results among older,rural groups.Conclusion It is suggested to improve the residents'understand-ing of the idea and efficacy of TCM health management,increase the accessibility and affordability of the services,and enhance res-idents'satisfaction with the services,which are important ways to improve the consistency of their willingness to participate in and pay for TCM health management services.
