桑叶和桑椹不同配方饲料对黑水虻幼虫生长性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Formula Feeds of Mulberry Leaf and Mulberry Fruit on the Growth of Hermetia illucens Larvae

摘要 桑叶、桑椹有着极高的营养价值和丰富的活性物质,而每年有大量废弃桑叶和落果未被利用,利用其进行黑水虻饲养可为生产高品质可食用的黑水虻提供新的途径。本研究以桑叶、发酵桑叶、桑椹为基础饲料,辅以不同比例的花生麸、米糠配制成不同配方饲料饲养黑水虻,并测定预蛹前幼虫的生长指标、饲料转化率和蛋白质含量。结果表明:在桑椹中添加30%花生麸喂养黑水虻幼虫可显著提高预蛹前黑水虻幼虫体质量和饲料转化率,每100只虫增重为22.5 g,比对照组(盖氏饲料)高32.2%,饲料转化率提升至54.7%,比对照组高324.0%。发酵桑叶喂养黑水虻幼虫可以显著提高黑水虻幼虫粗蛋白含量,质量分数可高达47.2%,比对照组高6.5%。研究结果可为有效利用废弃桑叶和桑椹落果饲养高蛋白含量黑水虻幼虫提供参考。 Mulberry leaf and fruit have extremely high nutritional values and rich active substances,but a large number of mulberry leaves and fallen fruits remain unused every year.However,using them as feed can provide a new way to produce high quality edible Hermetia illucens.In this study,mulberry leaf,fermented mulberry leaf,and mulberry fruit were used as basal diets,supplemented with different proportions of rice bran and peanut bran,to feed Hermetia illucens.The growth indexes,feed conversion rate and protein content of prepupa larvae were measured.The results showed that feeding Hermetia illucens larvae with 30%peanut bran added in mulberry fruits could significantly increase the body weight and feed conversion rate of larvae before prepupa.The body weight gain per 100 worms was 22.5 g,which was 32.2%higher than that of the control group(Gai’s diet),and the feed conversion rate increased to 54.7%,which was 324.0%higher than that of the control group.Feeding Her⁃metia illucens larvae with fermented mulberry leaves could significantly increase the crude protein content in Herme⁃tia illucens larvae,up to 47.2%,which was 6.5%higher than that of the control group.The results of this study can provide reference for the efficient utilization of discarded mulberry leaves and fallen fruits to raise Her⁃metia illucens larvae with high protein content.
