胰腺错构瘤诊治1例

Diagnosis and treatment for pancreatic hamartomas: a case report

摘要 胰腺错构瘤是一种罕见的胰腺良性疾病,临床上常误诊为胰腺恶性肿瘤而行手术治疗。由于胰腺疾病的手术创伤大,术后并发症发生率高,如何提高术前诊断准确率,避免不必要的手术,是临床上面临的一大难题。本文报道1例胰腺错构瘤患者的诊治过程,并结合目前国内外文献报道,总结临床特征,以提高临床医师对胰腺错构瘤的诊断水平。
