利用除尘焦粉增碳生产带肋钢筋的试验与研究

Experiment and Research on the Production of Ribbed Bars by Using Dust Removal Coke Powder to Increase Carbon Content

摘要 本文介绍了利用除尘焦粉增碳生产带肋钢筋的生产试验,实现了廉价物料替代,并跟踪试验产品质量,试验产品的夹杂物和力学性能均正常,利用除尘焦粉增碳生产热轧带肋钢筋对产品质量影响不显著,产品质量符合国家标准。除尘焦粉碳元素的平均回收率87.3%,加工后的除尘焦粉回收率90%,吨钢降费2元,增碳工艺降费37%,实现了除尘焦粉在炼钢工序的拓展增值利用,为炼钢工序降本找到了新的途径。 This article introduces the production experiment of using dust removal coke powder to add carbon and produce ribbed steel bars.This experiment achieved low-cost material substitution.And by tracking the quality of tested products,we found that the inclusions and mechanical properties of the tested products are normal.The use of dust removal coke powder to produce hot rolled ribbed steel bars has no significant impact on product quality,and the product quality meets national standards.The average recovery rate of carbon elements in dust removal coke powder is 87.3%,and the recovery rate of processed dust removal coke powder is 90%.The cost per ton of steel is reduced by 2 yuan,and the cost of carbon increase process is reduced by 37%.And the added value of dust removal coke powder in the steel-making process has been achieved.A new way to reduce cost of steel-making was found.
