摘要
针对薄板坯含铝低碳钢的横裂纹缺陷,通过表检仪对该缺陷进行跟踪,对比分析缺陷发生前后关键工装的情况。结果表明:该横裂纹缺陷产生于结晶器内,主要分布在钢卷的上表面,与结晶器铜板的表面质量存在明显的对应关系。基于对结晶器铜板表面质量的原因分析,采用厚度薄的铜板、浇次间打磨铜板、使用含镀层铜板、不同材质的铜板等措施,大幅度降低了横裂纹缺陷的发生率。
To deal with the transverse crack defect of thin low carbon aluminum slab,the defect was tracked using a surface detector,and the situation of key processes before and after the defect occurred was compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the transverse crack defect is generated within the mold,mainly distributed on the upper surface of the steel coil,and has a clear corresponding relationship with the surface quality of the mold copper plate.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the surface quality of mold copper plates,measures such as using thin copper plates,polishing copper plates during casting,using coated copper plates,and copper plates of different materials have significantly reduced the incidence of transverse crack defects,and the effect is significant.
