炉缸快速浇注修复技术在长强钢铁1^(#)高炉的应用

摘要 长强钢铁^(#)高炉2014年大修后由于入炉有害元素超标、炭砖质量、施工质量以及设计缺陷等一系列原因,开炉后仅三年时间炉缸温度即开始逐渐升高,到第四年就严重超标,鉴于^(#)高炉大修后使用时间短,遂采用了炉缸快速浇注技术对^(#)高炉炉缸进行修复。修复后对使用一年半期间的侵蚀状况进行了跟踪分析后发现:炉缸快速浇注修复技术在保留残余炭砖的基础上进行浇注施工,对施工质量不会产生明显的不良影响;通过冷却壁通入蒸汽提高炉缸温度的方法,可有效消除低温对浇注料性能的影响,同时还能缩短炉缸浇注料的养护时间;所用浇注料在使用1.5年左右时的炉底侵蚀量仅为150mm左右。 After overhaul in 2014,hearth temperature of ^(#) blast furnace of Changqiang Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.had gradually increased only three years after furnace startup due to excessive harmful elements in the furnace,carbon brick quality,construction quality and design defects,etc.The hearth temperature had seriously exceeded the standard in the fourth year.Considering the short service time after overhaul of ^(#) blast furnace,the fast pouring technology of hearth was adopted to repair the ^(#)blast furnace hearth.The erosion condition during one and a half years after repairing is traced and analyzed.The analysis shows that the rapid pouring repairing technology of hearth has no obvious adverse impact on the construction quality on the basis of retaining residual carbon bricks;The method of increasing furnace hearth temperature by introducing steam into the cooling wall can effectively improve the construction performance of castables in winter and shorten the curing time of furnace hearth castables;The bottom erosion of the castable used is only about 150 mm when it is used for about 1.5 years.
