关于推拉式酸洗线酸槽添加缓蚀剂模拟实验研究

Research on the Selection of Corrosion Inhibitors for the Acid Tank of Push-Pull Pickling Line

酸洗是影响冷轧产品质量的重要工序,对推拉式酸洗线酸液中添加一定配比的缓蚀剂可提高酸洗表面质量。对各厂家缓蚀剂进行实验室模拟比对,通过试验对质量损失、色差、粗糙度和生产过程中使用情况进行比对跟踪,综合评价各厂家缓蚀剂试用情况,选择出适合投入生产使用的缓蚀剂,为后期投入产线生产做出提前预判。通过模拟实验和最终使用情况,选择出一种类型缓蚀剂,按一定浓度与酸液配比使用,加入缓蚀剂酸洗卷表面亮度得到了提高。

Pickling is an important process that affects the quality of cold rolled products.Adding a certain proportion of corrosion inhibitors to the acid solution of the push-pull pickling line can improve the surface quality of pickling.Laboratory simulation comparisons of corrosion inhibitors from various manufacturers are conducted,and weight loss,color difference,roughness,and usage during production are compared and tracked through experiments.The trial use of corrosion inhibitors from various manufacturers is comprehensively evaluated,and suitable corosion inhibitors for production use are selected.In order to make advance predictions for later production on the production line,a type of corrosion inhibitor was selected through simulation experiments and final use,and used in a certain concentration ratio with acid solution.After using it for a certain period of time,it was found that the surface brightness of the pickling roll with the addition of corrosion inhibitor was improved.
