摘要
不锈钢中的主要合金元素是铬,只有在含量达到一定值时,钢材才具有耐蚀性。因此,在检测不锈钢中的化学成分时,铬元素的含量是必须检测的元素之一。本文通过对不锈钢中铬的分析方法的讨论、比较,从反应机理、试剂、分析方法等方面进行了探讨,结果表明:过硫酸铵氧化容量法测定不锈钢中铬量,所得结果准确,工作曲线的绘制可以快速准确地分析不锈钢中铬的含量,提高检测效率。
With the development and progress of society,stainless steel materials are used in all aspects of people's life and become very important materials.The main alloying element in stainless steel is chromium.Only when the content reaches a certain value can the steel have corrosion resistance.Therefore,when testing the chemical composition of stainless steel,the content of chromium is one of the elements that must be tested.Through the discussion and comparison of the analytical methods of chromium in stainless steel,this paper discusses the reaction mechanism,reagents,analytical methods and other aspects.The results show that the ammonium persulfate oxidation volumetric method for the determination of chromium in stainless steel has accurate results,.The drawing of the working curve can quickly and accurately analyze the content of chromium in stainless steel and improve the detection efficiency.
