中国式现代化视域下广西农村数字化发展研究

Research on Rural Digital Development in Guangxi from the Perspective of Chinese Modernization

中国式农业农村现代化是实现中国式现代化的重点和难点所在。数字技术的增益效应和数字经济的辐射带动,能够加快农业农村现代化步伐。文章围绕中国式现代化“五大特征”,立足农业农村现代化实际,从理论层面剖析了发展数字农业农村驱动中国式农业农村现代化的内在逻辑。同时,以广西为视角,针对广西近年来以数字化驱动农业农村现代化取得积极进展、存在的现实困境,提出了广西应如何进一步发挥数字技术、数字经济的正外部效应推进农业农村现代化的拓展路径和主攻方向。

The modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas is the key point and difficult point to realize Chinese modernization.The gain effect of digital technology and the radiation drive of digital economy can accelerate the pace of agricultural and rural modernization.Based on the"Five characteristics"of Chinese Modernization and the reality of agricultural and rural modernization,this paper theoretically analyzes the internal logic of developing digital agricultural and rural areas to promote the modernization of Chinese agricultural and rural areas.At the same time,taking Guangxi as a study case,this paper points out the positive progress and the realistic predicaments in recent years,on which the agricultural and rural modernization is driven by digitalization,and puts forward the expanding path and main direction for Guangxi to further exert the positive external effect of digital technology and digital economy to promote agricultural and rural modernization.
