“行动学习”与广西乡村振兴融合发展模式研究

行动学习作为一种具有变革意义的学习范式,为新形势下推进乡村产业振兴提供了新思路、新方法。广西“乡村振兴+行动学习”实践实现了乡村产业项目推进、干部培养考察、人才队伍建设的同促共进,推动了行动学习与“三农”工作的良好融合。当前,“乡村振兴+行动学习”融合模式在推进乡村产业振兴中尚存在人才队伍建设滞后、产业发展核心问题研讨不足、宣传模式创新不够等问题。行动学习在破解难题、凝聚人才、汇聚智慧等方面具有明显优势,“乡村振兴+行动学习”的融合模式是解决乡村产业发展难点、痛点和堵点的一把“金钥匙”。因此,广西提出要继续坚持“乡村振兴+行动学习”高位推动,持续完善乡村产业振兴的行动学习体系,进一步加大宣传力度,创新宣传方式等优化措施,推进“乡村振兴+行动学习”模式创新发展,助推乡村振兴迈上新台阶,为全国行动学习促进乡村产业振兴提供广西样本。

As a transformative learning paradigm,action learning provides new ideas and methods for promoting rural industry revitalization under the new situation.The practice of"rural revitalization plus action learning"in Guangxi has realized the promotion of rural industrial projects,cadre training and inspection,and talent team construction,and promoted the good integration of action learning and"agriculture,the countryside and farmers"work.At present,the integration model of"rural revitalization plus action learning"still has some problems in promoting the revitalization of rural industries,such as lagging talent team construction,insufficient discussion of the core issues of industrial development,and insufficient publicity model innovation.Action learn-ing has obvious advantages in solving problems,gathering talents,and gathering wisdom.The integration model of"rural revitalization plus action learning""is a"golden key"to solve the difficulties,pain points and blocking points of rural industry development.Therefore,Guangxi proposes to continue to adhere to the high-level promo-tion of""rural revitalization plus action learning",continue to improve the action learning system for rural industry revitalization,further strengthen publicity,innovate publicity methods and other optimization measures,promote the innovative development of the"rural revitalization plus action learning""model,and help rural revitalization to a new level so as to provide Guangxi sample to national action learning for rural industry revitalization.
