带式输送机不同因素对托辊旋转阻力的影响作用分析

摘要 带式输送机进行煤炭输送的过程中,由于托辊的旋转阻力造成较大的能耗。基于此,针对影响托辊能耗的主要因素进行仿真分析。结果表明,托辊的运行要依据带式输送机的输送要求选取合适的转速及运量,同时尽量选取较小的密封槽角,以减小托辊的旋转阻力作用。 In the process of coal conveying by belt conveyor,the rotational resistance of the rollers causes large energy consumption.Based on this,the main factors affecting the energy consumption of the rollers are simulated and analysed.The results show that the operation of the rollers should be based on the conveyor requirements of the belt conveyor to select the appropriate speed and capacity,and at the same time as much as possible to select a smaller sealing groove angle,in order to reduce the role of the rotational resistance of the rollers.
