摘要
目前海上油井主要采用电潜泵进行采油,电潜泵需要在井口进行电缆穿越密封,适用于油田井下井口承受高温高压的特殊的电缆穿越器产品,其绝缘性能及零部件机械强度关乎产品的受损失效。基于此,以常规电缆穿越器、线性缝隙变为带颗粒状的更复杂的三维曲线(或曲面)缝隙电缆穿越器、三代改型及绝缘材料(PEEK)的改性的电缆穿越器为研究对象,提出在产业化进程中作出的电缆穿越器改型与改性的应用与研讨。
At present,offshore oil wells mainly use electric submersible pumps for oil extraction,electric submersible pumps need to be sealed at the wellhead for cable traversing,suitable for oilfield wellheads to withstand the high temperature and high pressure of the special cable traverser products,its insulation performance and mechanical strength of parts related to the damage and failure of the product.Based on this,the conventional cable traverser,linear slit into a more complex three-dimensional curved(or curved surface)slit cable traverser with particles,three generations of modification and modification of the insulating material(PEEK)cable traverser as the object of study,put forward in the process of industrialisation made in the modification of cable traverser and modification of the application of the application of the seminar.
