摘要
为提升对工作面粉尘、煤尘,尤其是呼吸性煤尘的消除效果,通过在实验室构建平台模拟巷道的生产情况,并采用相关仪器、设备构建检测装置对不同喷嘴结构、孔径、供水压力、风速下对应所形成雾滴的雾化特性进行对比;在相同实验平台下对不同喷嘴结构、孔径以及供水压力等参数对应的除尘效果进行对比,从而得出最佳喷雾降尘条件。
In order to improve the elimination effect of dust and coal dust,especially respiratory coal dust,we simulate the production situation of the roadway by constructing a platform in the laboratory and use relevant instruments and equipment to construct a testing device to compare the atomisation characteristics of the mist droplets formed under different nozzle structures,aperture diameters,water supply pressures,and wind speeds;and compare the dust elimination effect of the mist droplets formed under different nozzle structures,aperture diameters,and water supply pressures under the same platform,so as to derive the optimal spraying and dust reduction effect.Under the same experimental platform,the dust removal effects of different nozzle structures,orifice diameters and water supply pressures are compared,so as to derive the optimal conditions for dust reduction.
