摘要
以采煤机摇臂齿轮传动系统为研究对象,对其在无负载和各种工况下的振动特性进行了分析,并对仿真数据进行时域和频域分析。分析认为,无负载状态下,启动阶段最大激发振动出现,初始阶段随输入负荷的增大而减小;通过频谱分析,得到了两级齿轮的倍频及一阶传动频率,当输入负载增大时,齿轮副的振动响应随啮合刚度的变化而增大。
Taking the rocker arm gear transmission system of coal mining machine as the research object,its vibration characteristics under no load and various working conditions were analysed,and the simulation data were analysed in time and frequency domains.It is analysed that the maximum excitation vibration occurs in the starting stage under no load condition,and the initial stage decreases with the increase of input load;the octave frequency and the first-order transmission frequency of the two-stage gears are obtained through spectral analysis,and the vibration response of the gear pair increases with the change of meshing stiffness when the input load increases.
