摘要
为了解决采煤机滚筒螺旋叶片磨损严重的问题,对其磨损情况进行模拟研究,对截割过程叶片受力进行分析,发现随着时间的变化,叶片整体受力呈现波动变化,在13.5 s和20 s时,叶片受载比较突出;同时对不同截割时间下叶片切向、法向累积接触能量进行分析,发现随着模拟时间的不断增加,切向、法向累积接触能量呈现逐步增大的趋势,且叶片磨损比较严重的部位主要集中在叶片外缘部分、叶片尾端、齿座根部;坚固性系数不断增大,叶片的总磨损量呈现逐步增大的趋势,为高效截割滚筒开发提供一定的技术支撑。
In order to solve the problem of serious abrasion of the spiral blade of coal mining machine drum,simulation research on its abrasion situation was carried out,and the force on the blade in the cutting process was analysed,and it was found that the overall force on the blade showed fluctuating changes with the change of time,and the loading on the blade was more prominent at the time of 13.5 and 20 s.At the same time,the cumulative contact energy in tangential and normal directions under different cutting times was analysed.At the same time on different cutting time blade tangential,normal cumulative contact energy analysis,found that with the simulation time continues to increase,this time tangential,normal cumulative contact energy presents a trend of gradual increase,and blade wear is more serious parts are mainly concentrated in the outer edge of the blade part,blade tail end,tooth seat root,the coefficient of firmness continues to increase,this time,the total amount of wear of the blade presents a trend of gradual increase,for the The development of high-efficiency cutting drum provides certain technical support.
