塔式锅炉受压部件设计特点分析

摘要 塔式锅炉布置了调温系统,拥有较好的自疏水能力。锅炉顶部碟簧设有均匀载荷,有效弥补了风载等造成的钢架变形。着重分析了减温系统与支吊系统等的特点,使广大用户进一步认识塔式锅炉,为将来类似工程设计提供借鉴。 The tower-type furnace is arranged with a thermoregulation system,which possesses better self-hydrophobicity.The disc springs at the top of the boiler are provided with uniform loads,which effectively compensate for the deformation of the steel frame caused by wind loads and so on.The characteristics of the desuperheating system and the supporting system,etc.are analysed,so that the majority of users can further cognize the tower-type furnace and provide reference for the design of similar projects in the future.
