摘要
为了解决数控加工过程中关键性工艺参数设计的问题,考虑刀具使用寿命的因素,对于切削速度和进给量的决策,以最小化切削加工过程时间为目标,建立了数控加工工艺参数非线性规划模型。根据问题的特点,以MATLAB为平台,编写一个求解非线性规划的蒙特卡洛算法代码,利用该算法和YALMIP工具箱对实例的求解结果进行对比分析,结果验证了所提出模型和算法的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of critical process parameter design in CNC machining process,considering the factor of tool life,for the decision-making of cutting speed and feed,with the goal of minimising the time of cutting and machining process,a non-linear planning model of CNC machining process parameters is established.According to the characteristics of the problem,MATLAB is used as a platform to write a Monte Carlo algorithm code for solving the nonlinear planning,and the results of the solution of the example are compared and analysed using the algorithm and the YALMIP toolbox,and the results verify the feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm.
