采煤工作面通风除尘技术优化分析

摘要 煤炭截割、运输及液压支架前移等均会产生大量粉尘,降低采面粉尘浓度可提升煤炭开采效率、改善工作人员工作环境,对煤炭安全高效回采有一定的促进作用。针对山西某矿31103综采工作面现采用的通风除尘技术问题分析的基础上,对采面通风除尘技术进行优化,从增加煤尘含水量降低粉尘产量、抑制割煤及运输环节粉尘外溢量、优化采面供风减少扬尘量并针对性采用喷雾、负压除尘等优化降尘措施。经现场应用后,采面粉尘质量浓度降至65 mg/m^(3),可见度提升至50 m以上,取得较为显著的通风除尘优化效果。 A large amount of dust will be generated by coal cutting,transporting and moving forward of hydraulic support,etc.Reducing the concentration of dust in the mining face can enhance the efficiency of coal mining,improve the working environment of the staff,and have a certain effect on the safe and efficient mining of coal.Based on the analysis of the ventilation and dust removal technology adopted in 31103 comprehensive mining face,the ventilation and dust removal technology is optimised,from increasing the water content of coal dust to reduce the dust production,suppressing the dust spillage in the coal cutting and transporting process,optimising the air supply to the face to reduce the amount of dust,and optimising the dust reduction measures,such as spraying and negative—pressure dust removal.After the application on site,the dust concentration at the mining face was reduced to 65 mg/m^(3),and the visibility was increased to more than 50 m,which achieved a more significant effect of ventilation and dust removal optimisation.
