摘要 利用Solid Works和ANSYS有限元分析软件构建了刮板的三维仿真分析模型,并对现有的结构进行了改进和优化。对比结果表明,良好型加筋有助于提高刮板的整体强度和刚度。优化后的刮板应力降低了26%,加筋一侧的应力值为170 MPa,具有一定的抗弯曲性。经过优化后,刮板的应力分布均匀,解决了应力集中问题,整体安全系数提高了近15%,完整性接近100%,提高了其使用寿命,验证了刮板优化的有效性。 The 3D simulation and analysis model of scraper was constructed using SolidWorks and ANSYS finite element analysis software,and the existing structure was improved and optimised.The comparison results show that the good type reinforcement helps to improve the overall strength and stiffness of the scraper.The stress of the optimised scraper is reduced by 26%,and the stress value of the reinforced side is 170 MPa,which has a certain bending resistance.After optimisation,the stress distribution of the scraper is uniform,the problem of stress concentration is solved,the overall safety coefficient is improved by nearly 15%,and the integrity is close to 100%,which improves its service life and verifies the effectiveness of scraper optimisation.
