摘要
基于矿用提升绞车主轴的分类及正常载荷条件,结合主轴实际结构构建有限元分析模型,并以此为基础实施矿用提升绞车主轴强度有限元分析,根据分析结果提出主轴优化设计,最后将优化方案运用于工程实践,检验主轴优化设计方案的有效性。
Based on the classification and normal load conditions of mining hoisting winch spindle,combined with the actual structure of the spindle to build finite element analysis model,and based on the implementation of mining hoisting winch spindle strength finite element analysis,according to the results of the analysis of the spindle optimization design,and finally the optimization scheme will be applied to engineering practice,to test the effectiveness of the optimal design of the spindle.
