摘要
根据某矿的实际情况并结合设备的工作要求,对传统的尾煤清理装置进行了一次重大的结构优化改进,改进后的带式输送机尾煤清理装置是通过煤矿井下的液压工作站为动力来源,利用高压风吹除煤渣,进而实现对尾煤的清理,在装置投入使用后,取得了较为理想的效果,降低了工人的劳动强度的同时,又为矿井带来了可观的经济效益,具有一定的推广应用价值。
According to the actual situation of a mine and combined with the working requirements of the equipment,the traditional tailing coal cleaning device carried out a major structural optimization and improvement,the improved belt conveyor tailing coal cleaning device is through the coal mine underground hydraulic workstations as a source of power,the use of high-pressure wind blowing off the cinders,and then realize the tailing coal cleanup,in the device is put into use,and achieve a more satisfactory result,reduce the labour intensity of workers at the same time,but also bring considerable benefits to the mine.After the device is put into use,it achieves a more satisfactory effect,reduces the labour intensity of workers and brings considerable economic benefits for the mine,which has certain value of promotion and application.
