煤矿带式输送机多点温度监测系统研究

摘要 为提高带式输送机运行安全保障能力,降低异常高温点影响,根据带式输送机现场布置情况及对引起带式输送机高温原因分析基础上,提出一种带式输送机多点温度监测系统并进行工程应用。对多点温度监测系统硬件结构及软件结构进行设计,现场应用后,该系统可实现带式输送机沿线异常温度预警,从而在一定程度降低带式输送机沿线高温点影响。 In order to improve the safety and security of belt conveyor operation and reduce the impact of abnormal high temperature,a multi-point temperature monitoring system for belt conveyor is proposed and applied in engineering based on the arrangement of the belt conveyor site and the analysis of the causes of high temperature of the belt conveyor.The hardware structure and software structure of the multi-point temperature monitoring system are designed,and after the field application,the system can realise the abnormal temperature warning along the belt conveyor,so as to reduce the influence of high temperature points along the belt conveyor to a certain extent.
