摘要
为提高带式输送机智能化控制水平并降低设备运行能耗,将AI智能视频识别技术与变频器控制技术结合,实现带式输送机依据煤流变化而阶梯调速的目标。对基于AI智能视频识别技术的煤流量监测方法及带式输送机运行速度智能控制进行详细分析,并进行工程应用。现场应用后发现,带式输送机可依据煤流变化智能调整运行速度,在满足原煤运输及降低能耗基础上降低了运行速度调整频率,从而达到降低运行能耗及设备磨损的目标。
In order to improve the intelligent control level of belt conveyor and reduce the energy consumption of equipment operation,AI intelligent video recognition technology is combined with inverter control technology to achieve step speed regulation of belt conveyor according to the change of coal flow.The coal flow monitoring method based on AI intelligent video recognition technology and the intelligent control of belt conveyor running speed are analysed in detail and applied in engineering.After the field application,it is found that the belt conveyor can intelligently adjust the running speed according to the change of coal flow,and reduce the frequency of running speed adjustment on the basis of meeting the raw coal transport and reducing energy consumption,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the running energy consumption and equipment wear.
