摘要
为了适应刮板输送机的井下使用环境的恶劣,防止永磁同步电机出现失磁的故障,设计了永磁驱动系统状态监测系统。该系统能够有效地对永磁同步电动机的运行状态进行实时监控,能够减少电机失磁故障导致的刮板输送机的故障率,从而提高煤炭开采效率,增加煤炭企业的经济效益。
In order to adapt to the harsh environment of the underground use of the scraper conveyor and to prevent the demagnetisation failure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,a permanent magnet drive system condition monitoring system is designed,which is able to effectively carry out the real-time monitoring of the running status of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and reduce the failure rate of the scraper conveyor caused by demagnetisation failure of the motor,thus improving the failure rate of the coal conveyor,and improving the coal industry.It can reduce the failure rate of the scraper conveyor caused by the loss of magnetism of the motor,so as to improve the efficiency of coal mining and increase the economic benefits of coal enterprises.
