皮带运输机自动巡检装置的设计与开发

摘要 针对皮带运输机自动巡检装置存在的自动运行时间长、控制精度低的问题,提出基于STM32微控制器的自动巡检装置方案。在分析自动巡检装置设计要求的基础上,重点介绍了该装置的机械、硬件以及软件设计方案,由主控制芯片实时获取并处理安装与自动巡检装置机身的传感器数据,控制装置运动;同时将获取的数据以Wi-Fi、TCP/IP通信模式发送至上位机,最后完成应用分析。结果表明,设计并实现的皮带运输机自动巡检装置自动运行时间短、控制精度高,能满足设计要求,有助于提升皮带运输机的智能化水平和作业效率。 In the view of the problems of long running time and low control accuracy of automatic inspection device of belt conveyor,an automatic inspection device scheme based on STM32 microcontroller was proposed.On the basis of the analysis of automatic inspection device design requirements,analyses the machinery,hardware and software design scheme of the device,by the main control chip real-time capturing and processing installation and automatic inspection device body sensors,and control movement,at the same time will obtain the data with WIFI,TCP/IP communication model is sent first place machine,and complete the application analysis.The ANALYSIS results show that the designed and implemented automatic inspection device for belt conveyor has short automatic running time and high control precision,which meets the design requirements and is helpful to improve the intelligent level and operation efficiency of belt conveyor.
